Could this be to much nitrogen

I water when the soil is dry usually I have to water in the morning and the evening but these pots do not have holes on the bottom so I cannot get runoff. Right now the light is about 4 ft from plants

Yesterday was my first time giving nutrients I put a half of teaspoon of fox farm grow big in a gallon jug. The temps range from 76 to 83 and the humidity hovers around 30 which I know is to low I'm working on that problem now. And I am using 1000 watt hps for the whole grow.

This plant is 2 weeks from seed in fox farm ocean soil. Look at the pics can any one tell me the problem and how to fix it.
