One Pink Lemonade - no-till cycle 7 in 4 foot diameter pot, 5x5 tent

Very cool. Just got a seed catalog from a local organic seed company. Lots of options for cover crops. They've got a field peas/oats mix, winter rye/hairy vetch mix, Field peas/oats/vetch mix...I'm leaning towards a Field Peas/Oats mix with a bit of Crimson Clover in there too because the...

One Pink Lemonade - no-till cycle 7 in 4 foot diameter pot, 5x5 tent

Right on my dood. Makes a lot of sense. I'll look into local sources of worms. So I guess the mulching/covercrops will provide enough food for the worms? Other than that I just need to make sure to keep the soil moist and within their preferred temperature and they'll be happy and able to...

One Pink Lemonade - no-till cycle 7 in 4 foot diameter pot, 5x5 tent

Northwood, hoping you could add a bit of info about how to include worms into this system...I seem to remember that you stressed the importance of adding worms in an earlier post. I don't have the space to set up worm bins and I'm working out of 30 gallon totes if it makes a difference. I'm...

    Root tea/"coffee"

Very Cool! Stoked to try this the next time I harvest. Def going to take the time to roast them in a pan like you showed. Cheers Bud!

I guess it depends on your goals. What are you trying to do?

    Hybrid vigour

Crossing two different F1 strains results in a TON of variation. Traits from all 4 grandparents will be segregating in the offspring. Sounds like the start of a great project, especially if you've got the space to crack a lot of seed!

And don't even go there with the "what if it's a male"!!

One Pink Lemonade - no-till cycle 7 in 4 foot diameter pot, 5x5 tent

Beautiful. I've definitely been inspired by the system you've got going. I think I'll try to work a few aspects of it into my grows. I currently use 30 gallon totes.

    How we lookin?

Lets fucking goooo!! I love it! Keep us posted on this monster fabric pot grow hahaha. Gonna be epic. Do you have a super soil recipe that has worked well for you? I haven't tried any yet, just doing organic dry amendments with a few teas in the summer, URB in the winter. I feel ya about using...

    How we lookin?

LOL FOR SCIENCE! Thanks Carl Sagan! That's wild you didn't have to go dig up those old root balls but its actually mad interesting so fuck yeah appreciate it bud! A ton of smaller roots...hardly any of the larger pencil width roots are seen at the edge or very deep. Def aligns with what I've...

    How we lookin?

Damn, and that plant is 6' tall?! Its so hard to get a sense of scale in the pics. That must've been a fun grow even if it wasn't as discrete as you hoped haha. Good looks, I def need to get some fabric pots to keep that root system rippin. From my understanding, with the air pruning induced...

    How we lookin?

Hell yeahhh they must have loved it haha. Felt a little weird hacking up the roots tbh but I think it really helped get new roots reaching out into the new soil. Within two days I noticed small feeder roots 6-8" from the rootball. Which when I transplanted was definitely like you're describing...

    BK’s shit show

Killer grow @bk78 !! I've got about 5 grows under my belt and I've never had plants that stretch as much as yours did, which is clearly and integral part of your strategy. You've clearly demonstrated the potential of coupling canopy management through super cropping and a strain that has a large...

    How we lookin?

Thanks dogg! DTE has been good to me. I've used their standard 4-4-4 and 4-8-4 for autos but for these once I transplanted into the totes I used a custom 1.3-6.3-6.3 mix I made with their blood meal, seabird guano, and Langbeinite.

    How we lookin?

Haha these ladies have had an interesting life... Short answer is I think about 4-5 months lol I can't really remember to be honest but I think I planted these seeds back in June or early July...we had a sunny summer and I left them in a windowsill in some 2.5" x 2.5" pots for a while. They...

Two Critical Mass ladies from Mr. Nice standing about 4.5 ft tall at the end of week 3 of flower. Under a 330 watt Growcraft X3, in 30 gallon totes, organic grow utilizing DTE dry amendments. Thoughts?
