    Looks like you mold infection to the vascular or fusarium wilt which is pretty much the same a pathogen entered the vascular system and prevented it from uptaking anything

    Of course the plant is still in veg its still gonna grow alot man even during flower it will stretch don't ever remove leaves if you want a good healthy plant with the biggest yield possible.

    Looks like PM I'd bath it in a solution of hydrogen peroxide and water to clean and remove Impurities just make sure you put a fan on em for the first 6 hours after the bath to dry the excess moisture from the bath

    If its mold resistant should be ok if its mold prone id get a leaf lower on it for about 10 minutes focusing on the fatter colas
