okay, so I just gave my plants a full 12 hour dark cycle (11:30 pm to 11:30 am) and flipped on my lights with the timer set to normal 9:30-9:30 12/12. So I should be straight right?

after u do a 13 hr day do you still give 12 hours of darkness? Also what do u mean by “restart cycle from dark”? Like should I leave them off for 12 hours and then start 12/12 cycle? Sorry I took some Xanax yesterday (prescribed) and my brain is like jello.
