Yes I do! Some bucket-users have installed inline fans+filters with their setups. The same ones that goes on tents. Here is one example. Another one! Cheers :)

Air quality hasn't been a problem for me, even though I keep my buckets in a not-very-well-ventilated shed. I don't think stagnant air is a problem, but that may vary with your location and weather variables... I have two fans (one intake one exhaust) to keep things circulated. Good luck man!

I can take the plants out of the bucket :) I use 10L buckets as my pots, they fit perfectly inside the main 20L bucket. Here is Gigabud outside of the bucket a few days ago! And here is the LSD today, at the start of week 2 of flower: Your bucket looks awesome man! I like the square form...

Good luck man! I think safety concerns are good thing, grow with caution and a bit of electrical knowledge. I finally installed my LEDs today, they're 3x3w spotlights. Thats 27w of side lighting, plus the top with about 140w of CFL. Here is how it looks:
