Hi, My plant, 8 days old has started to turn yellow! It started with the leaf tips but now the new leaf groth is yellow too. I give her tap water which is left out for 48 hours at least, no nutes. Only water when soil is dry Help would be great! I have a feeling that i may have my cfl's too...

What would you suggest i do? Re-pot, Bottled water?, i will get a p.h testing kit in the morning.

My setup doesnt allow me to use anythink else but cfl's, the sites that do have them are non-uk. Hope fully someone will shed some light! Thanks

Hey, Does anyone know of a thing called a Y-splitter? They are used to run 2 bulbs from one scoket. I could really do with some of those babies! Are they about in the u.k? i have looked but cannot see any. Thanks

Good to hear, i also though the same about the 'White' genetic. I have a pc fan 10 inches above blowing down onto the plant, so id doubt that would be it. Temp is roughly 80, Does over watering cause this problem? Thanks for your help

ok, Here is a update! She has 4 lights within 2 inches of her, Doesnt seem to be stretching but i dont know a lot lol. Her newer sets of leaves are looking a little Yellow/Green. I dont know wheather its because there are young. temps at around 80, 24/7 lighting, watering whenever the soil...

She has got 4 bulbs within 2 inches of her, I plan to move to a bigger pot in about 5 days time. It may be a bit of over watering doing it but not sure. Thanks for your help! Any one else know what it might be?

UPDATE on grow, So i has been 2 days since i last posted, She seem to be really taking off now! A few new sets of leaves have started to show but they are looking a little Yellow/green(photo attached). Any ideas on what this could be and if it's normal, Sorry about the quality of pictures...

Done, I got the 4 lights 1inch away from her now. Im feeding her aged water ever 2 day roughly, soil seems a dry now, should i water her? There is no point having my 2ft tubes on if they are 1ft away is there?

So i want 1 fan sucking air in and 2 fans blowing out, and the other fan sucking away from the plant right? Does the plant look a little stretched? and leaves seem to be at a 45degree angle upwards. Also when should i transport to a bigger pot, 3Gallon? im also at 80 degrees temp, is that ok...
