I just buy gallons now, way better deal. Its definitely best to keep Herc under control in veg cause once they get the taste, the demand just keeps climbing!!

Flush is a non issue, literally just Herc flushed one plant cause it got OG stubborn on me but other than that I havnt flushed the whole grow. Just done AACT and AACT/nectar Herc teas, plus some TopD.... Been going pretty good so far.

I know the feeling!! I use SLF in every feed usually, it definitely will help with the heavy bone gum but will also help the plant suck up that 1900 ppm feed......you could play around and keep the SLF out and see if slurry numbers will rise or hold in range longer.

Nice.....I'm at 1600 too and been brewing nutrient teas to keep microbes going in because mine get fussy if I miss one Damn feed. So I'm doing these crazy 12-24 hr AACT brews that use a HERC & Kraken base, with Terp Tea and some KNF extracts......they been liking it so far but definitely need...

Demeters will definitely work, its just some strains want more mag in the beginning before the chelation is happening from Demeters so growers use MagAMPED or epsom. Some strains do just fine and don't need any supplemental mag. Medusa has .5 - 1% mag and that should be fine to carry the load...

It been racking my brain cause we had you in a good place to flip and you been staying up on everything, the plants even looked good!! That's why a weekly slurry is so important, sometimes you can catch a problem before the plant is showing any tell tale signs. But it takes good readings to make...

I know some use 1-2 ml of fullon, others use MagAMPED, but I mostly see growers end up finding the right dilution rate with Demeters for their grows. I've definitely found leaning on Demeters harder has only benefited my garden. I don't run RO, filtered tap, but I run LED's and find Demeters to...

Thats a good thing on the oly!! Should help raise it up in the soil. They look good though. I mentioned FULLON recently because of how efficient it makes nutes uptake so it pairs well with the Gaia flushes.

    Should fill the trellis nicely

Oly up does that to my feeds when I need to use a lot to hit mid 6's..........but Herc has never done it

I'd roll with the 7.0 Gaia/Herc reset and use less volume than normal so pots dry out faster, may want to do back to back reset flushes and follow up with 6.8 feeds.

Gaia ties up salts too, and it drops my ph more than Herc. It can help get that 7.0 down

High buffering is definitely the calcium and Oly up, but organic matter, the microbes, humics, acids all play a roll, even the plant roots. The fact that they healthy tells me that meter might be the whole problem. Do you have 4.0 ph calibration too? The meter usually needs it to calibrate...

See what 30 ml Gaia is for ppms, the plants are still waiting for the big meal so might even want to do 30 ml Herc with the Gaia. It's crazy the ph is diving like that so abruptly. If you have Fullon, throw 4 ml in too.

Thats much better, still need to work it up more. Is the check mark lit up on ph pen?

I would reccommend trying to do continuous Herc resets but they would starve, perhaps some strong Gaia flushes at 7.0 and lower your volume of feed water so you can hit them daily. Because right now they are only eating straight from the bottle, then soil drops out and they aren't eating.

Limestone is a good option. Gypsum is a soil balancer too, I always have a bag of gypsum flour on the shelf for drenches- 1- 2 tsp per gallon. It's fast acting like some limestones, I've just only ever used oyster and gypsum, plus crab meal & rock dust for ph and mineral balancing. There is a...

Once they get the taste, they just keep wanting more. They get used to having it and nothing else will satisfy them. Then there is rootmass and microbes eating all the organic matter so soil starts to lose its nutrient holding capabilities(CEC), and ph buffering capability. It literally becomes...

The plant stomata are closed at night so VPD isn't really effecting the plant when lights are out. Keep fresh air cycling, and keep it moving. 55 - 60% RH is the most I don't mind seeing during night cycle in bloom, but much less worrisome in mid 40's. Especially with dense flowers......bud mold...

Are you putting the DH in the tent? I have to run one too this time of year but I keep it in the room where are the humid air gets dumped to so it can pull the moisture from it. Extraction fans run on a cycle timer
