you should drop your temps to 65-80°F (18-26°C) with no more than a 10° difference at night. try to get your rh to about 40% and hope for the best. you should start to see a difference after a few days.

yes, too high of humidity in flower will cause bud rot and a multitude of other problems.

did you just recently bring it down to 20%? in flowering your RH should be 40% - 50% but the fact you said you're having an issue with mildew and it looking like overwatering/humidity stress, would mean that it's been much higher.

was just about to say the same thing. had this problem a few years ago with rust spots. calmag or Epsom salts is what you need.

this would also be the cause of your mildew problem. you need to get your room in check bro...

what's your room temps and RH? your first and last pic look like they're over watered but could also be due to RH.

hopefully one of the pro's can chime in but it looks like overwatering and it's causing a nutrient lockout. you'll no doubt have to foliar feed and let it dry out for some time depending on how much you've been watering them.
