Are you still using nutrients? If so stop and try lowering your ph down to one or as low as you can for the next couple of waterings. I have never lowered ph that far so you should make sure that wont hurt your girls before you do anything.

They do respond to light cycle, they also need some dark period to grow properly like normal plants.
