    New lights

I have got a new light from Spider farmer. I have upgraded from the old King plus blurples, which I did get quite good results from. I'm wondering what the best way to raise temp in tent. With the old ones heat wasn't an issue but this new one isn't getting my tent anywhere near as warm. I'm in...

AACT, Bloom Tea, Veg Tea, Fungal Tea, Myco Tea, recipes from the outdoor guys.

My compost bin sits on the soil in my garden. I put everything in it nettles, dandelions, grass cuttings all waste from house except any cooked or raw meats. Will that be enough to make a decent tea, or do I need to add other items. It's been sat in there all over last summer all winter and is...

    Air intake and extraction

I will pull in fresh air from the empty tile duct a y connector for the extraction the extractor fan is powerful enough to bring the fresh air in. And like star dog did, I will carefully make a hole at the bottom rather than hanging the ducting down. Thanks for you advice.

    1200w king grow light

I was using 2 1200w king plus lights for the last 6 years. But mine are old. Got very good results from them. But the technology has come a long way since I purchased mine. I have just got myself a spider farmer sf2000 with the new Samsung chips. I can't wait to see if it is going to make much...

AACT, Bloom Tea, Veg Tea, Fungal Tea, Myco Tea, recipes from the outdoor guys.

Hello all. I'm growing indoors and have been composting for a couple of years. I'm wanting to use all the goodness from the bin but without bringing in all the nasty bugs. I've been reading all these recipes. When making tea is having an air stone in the brew necessary. will just the brew...

    Pots

I only used them once and didn't think it made any difference if anything they weren't as good. And only time I've ever had fungus gnats. Their hardy little feckers and a twat to get rid of.

    Air intake and extraction

There is a smaller hole at the bottom at the back of the tent. I assume that's for the power cables. I could probably put a smaller ducting in. The tent was sold by bumblebee international about £60 on eBay. it's all I could afford at the time. The temp and humidity are as they should be. I'm...

    Pots

I end up in 20ltr fabric pots. I have only used them once. I'm going to try Coco this time for the 1st time. I was thinking of trying both Coco in one lot and soil in the other and see which I get the best results from.

    Air intake and extraction

I have a 3x3 tent. With an inline extractor fan venting through rhino carbon filter. The tent gets sucked right in when closed. Is the suction from the outlet likely to be enough to bring enough fresh air in. Both vent holes are at the top of the tent so I have the inlet ducting hanging down...

    Pots

I am just wondering if anyone has any views on container sizes. Should you start small and work up or is it more beneficial to start in the larger pot. I guess watering would be a bit more difficult if started in a larger pot. But I know that plants can be affected by being re potted.
