From everything I've read 13/11 is ok, but I've never done it. I'd hate to tell you it's definately ok and then something go wrong. Maybe start another thread specifically about the 13/11 question. I'm sure someone that knows a lot more than me will let you know. Hope everything works out...

You'll need VERY little calcium hydroxide. Start with about a tsp (5ml?). Evenly distribute on the surface and water really good. Give it a day or so and test your ph. You may have to do it a few times to get it where you want it to be, but I wouldn't add more than 1tsp at a time. It works...

If I'm not mistaken, and I may be, you can harvest the cola(s) and leave the other bits for later if they're not maturing at the same rate. I'm with you, I wouldn't wanna risk that juicy cola going past it's prime.

I'd suggest using something/anything other than Miracle Grow nutes. Just my opinion though.

Yeah, calcium hydroxide is just hydrated lime. You CAN use it, but it's usually not recommended. You have to be really careful to not over do it or it'll burn your plants. Don't get any on you or breath it either. Might wanna wear gloves/eye protecton/dust mask. That might be a little...
