    Light brown spots

Okay. I will up the nutes to "normal" levels. I was under the impression that seedlings shouldn't get too much nutes. I was clearly wrong. lol. It WILL have to wait until the next water though. I JUST watered it today and the humidity is a bit high in there.

    Light brown spots

Is it possible that a few drops of water landed on the leaves and the light is so bright that it burned them?

    Light brown spots

I did not. Water is added, at the side of the pot, so as to not get any on the leaves. I'm using nutes, but it's still a VERY young plant so I've only added a pinch to the water. The brown spots were only on one leaf, two days ago, then, today, they were on the second one, seen in the pic...

    Light brown spots

So, as I've mentioned in other threads. I'm a noob at this. lol. The spots showed up on my plant, over night. Two affected leaves on one side and one affected leaf on the other side (not seen in the pic). I just watered it again, today. I only water when she dries out (about once or twice a...

    Help with lighting

Mine seems to be working really well. I AM seeing brown spots on the lower leaves and I assume (Because it's lower leaves) that it has to do with some other issue. But, I'm getting WAY more leaves on a much shorter stalk now. With the 19Watt, the plant was very leggy, even with the light...

    Help with lighting

Okay. I find one called "Light Meter Free" that seems to work using the camera's phone. It says, at plant level, that the lux is around 40,000.

    Help with lighting

Well...the light came with a "Distance chart" for how high above the plant it should be a different growth stages. I can do that...but what the heck is the dimmer for? How would I know that it's too bright?

The one I bought is almost identical to those specs. 100W, LM301b diodes, IR and a Meanwell driver.

BTW, looking at the chart, how is it? How is the quality? It claims to have an efficiency of 2.7.

    Help with lighting

Oh yeah. Please don't get me wrong. I am NOT that guy who buys what is suggested and then complains that you guys "made" me get the wrong one. In the end, it was my choice to get that one. If it sucks, it's my fault and no one else's. However, I think this is going to be miles ahead of my...

    Help with lighting

Oh...sorry, I should have been more clear. I'm in Canada and we have the same plugs as the U.S. The issue is, some products are sold with smaller wires and two prongs and others are sold with larger wires and three prongs. I just went ahead and ordered a 3 prong timer, from Amazon, for $12.

    Help with lighting

The light came, today. Sorry, I have no way to measure it. I CAN tell you that it is heavy and VERY sturdy with good quality hanging gear. The light itself is crazy bright compared to the old one. I have no idea how far away or how "Dim" I need to make the dimmer...but one issue at a time...

    Help with lighting

Sorry guys, I didn't mean to start any arguments. They way I look at it, The majority of folks here said the "Walmart" light was a good one and I've learned to trust the folks here. Will it give me maximum yield? I'm guessing not. BUT, I'd bet money that it will do WAY better than the 19...

    Help with lighting

Yeah, I see that now. This forum has helped me SOO much, I've learned to just "shut up and listen". But, it is INDEED a MAJOR upgrade from the 19W I used in the last grow. For reference, what IS a "normal" amount for a plant to produce? (Ball park of course as I realize there are tons of...
