Well, I just checked my existing light. It's input is 19 Watts. It's the light I used to grow the last plant and I got 14.5 grams from it. So...100 Watts will be a HUGE improvement, even if it's not "top notch" so to speak. Thanks all for your help. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Okay. Given all the amazing advice I've gotten from this forum, in the past, I'm going with what you guys suggest. I've ordered the light from Walmart. Given the size restrictions, do I need to keep the lights, dimmed? Should I set it as high away from the plants as possible?

Looks like the Walmart one is the overall consensus in this price range. Searching on Amazon.ca, I found the same info, (Samsung Chips, Mean Well driver), for $10 less. Does this look like the same deal...

I actually have Amazon Prime so, free shipping! I've been looking at a bunch of recommended lights from them. (Spider Farmer, Maxisun, Mars Hydro etc. etc.). They are all under $100, but are a fairly high wattage (1000W). Is it okay to go that high for such a small space? Should I be looking...

Well, they seem to be cloudy. Leaves on the plant seem to be dying off. Lower leaves are dying for sure and upper leaves are yellowing from the outside. Should I be nurturing the plant or is it time to cut her down?

PH seemed good? She seems to be doing well. Here it is, today. Looking through the loupe, the tricomes look clear but have tiny bubbles in them. Do they go cloudy fairly quick or is it a long proccess?
