Not sure about the bone/blood meal as outdoor critters like to dig for things that smell like that. At least I've been told that, I learned not to use chicken crap from my neighbors barn, critters dug out to plants from that.

This neem oil came in a ready to spray solution, the % of neem oil in the solution is only a few percent. It does give the leaves a nice sheen lol
