Throw a canvas over them at 12-12 and finish them off. If they reveg you will have so many budsites, it becomes like a spiderweb. Lots of pruning.

You need someplace for the condensation ( water) to go. That duct just takes the hot air away. Put air conditioner on top of small table and connect a hose to that drain hole and a bucket. Or maybe the condenser is clogged. Check the radiators. Or google "portable ac troubleshooting)
