I just spoke with this same friend^ he said he was at a huge outdoor gathering for a viewing of Uruguay vs Argentina soccer game.A cop came up to them and asked " you kids smoking herb?" they said yes, and then he asked for a puff. lol Uruguay is doing something right.

I forgot to add this: I have had Lou/velvet songs on my ipod forever. I can't recall listening to them in a long time. Yesterday mourning when I woke up, before hearing of his passing, I blasted "It's a Perfect Day"

She did not start these arguments. If I recall correctly she was sticking up for a dispensary owner busted for 50lbs and her point of view and intelligence was attacked. Most people would fight back in the same spot.
