you should be just fine, when I transplant I always scar the sides of the roots either with a knife or just run my finger through the sides. If you get some wilt back you might think about a little trimming of your plant. Good Luck

Forgot to say earlier to foliar feed only use a 1/4 strength solution and spray early in the morning for the best results.

I would also say it is P def..........cooler weather makes it harder for the plant to use the P. I would suggest that you foliar feed with some balanced nutes and this should help along with a watering of the nutes. There isn't a need to trim anything off of the plant though, just a little TLC...
