when your smoking said joint/blunt your are taking in lots of oxygen with your hit. i think the vape is tops because when you actually put fire to weed some thc is burned up or lost. who really knows.....but if your a smoker i would strongly suggest getting a bong, just get a smaller one first...

not sure if this is actually true, but according to the show MANSWERS on SPIKE, vap gives @ 92% thc delivery, bong/pipe @ 78%, and joint/blunt @ 27%. the %'s apply to how much thc your strain has, some of it will be lost or dilluted due to oxygen intake. they didnt give a % on Medibles tho, but...
