I believe the problem is they are VERY finnicay(butchered I know), unless you have the best conditions its auto flower CAN be slow and people have had better results swithching them to 12/12 when one the case`s that are stunted and dont seem to want to go into the calayx swelling they should...

Yes, may be under a different name there, but look for plant bug killers with Pyrethrin and/or Chrysanthemum on the label, if they are designed to be used on your veggies they are safe for buds!
