    I did not say at all that mulch is not beneficial, it is very beneficial IF used correctly and caution is taken. Mulch is great if you know how to use it.

    Most brands require a spreader-sticker along with it, as well as multiple applications like i stated in my previous post. for most pests, it will not directly kill them but it will prevent them from reproducing and eating, which is why you must apply at the right times with the right method
