well im sorry to tell you there really isnt anywhere stoner friendly down there its all built up, you need to be in the middle of nowhere and high desert is a way central location for socal.

high desert no rental required although i need to double check and make sure you dont need an adventure pass but thats only for the cars, not the people. Also its cheap if they do, we wont get hassled in the middle of the desert and its wonderful weather out there this time of year clear skies...
