try some better water. a ppm that high means there lots of stuff in the water, its likely to be affecting the pH.

could be from overwatering, not enough food, too much food or incorrect pH causing inability to use the food. are you feeding them? are you checking the pH? does the soil have good drainage? id guess its likely to be lack of nutes or overwatering causing it.

just use it when youre feeding them, not every time you water them. feed as per usual but with some epsom salts aswell.

add the epsom salts every feed, itll add magnesium and sulfur and help keep em greener. itll make the buds a bit bigger too :)
