also kentucky ....i would do a little research on breaking cfls on or over plants .... they contain some serious fucking chems ..... the kind you definitely do not want in your lungs ... they are in fact poisonous .... however i'm not quite sure if the chems are something that can be hosed off...

i've read the article .... but isn't the presence of thc almost necessary in order for CBD to bind to the CB1/CB2 receptors. Just goin by what i heard, i have no data on hand to back-up that question.
