    Blaze & Daze

Good morning everyone. I’ve been jealous of all the dog pictures, as I’ve been without a pet for about two years now but itching for a new one. Did get to dog sit this sweet girl for a week or so. Covered up the new furniture, lol. Have a great Thanksgiving, to those who celebrate it!

Flush starting ore feeding her for a bit longer?

Looks beautiful. A little yellowing towards the end of her life is totally normal. She looks close to me, but I’d love to see closer pics of a nug or two. She looks impressively frosty. Nice work. I’d say two weeks or so from what I can see.

Does hydroponics increase quality that much ?

I know this is a thread about hydroponics and other methods, but reading this stuff always makes me glad I grow in soil. Different strokes…I like to keep things simple. It’s definitely not “hundreds of dollars” per grow. I splurge on the fox farm soil at about $35-$45 a grow (filling four, five...

    I need some Trichome help...

Trichs look ready but full pics of the buds look to need a little more time. Have they been bumped around a bit or squeezed too much? That can affect the trichs also.

DeadheadX - Keeps On Keeping On

Jarred and curing for plant one. The next Gorilla cookie coming along nicely too.

Looking like a few more days

Hard to see with that lighting. Looking frosty from what I can see. Pistils look a little too straight, as others have said. Also can’t see clearly.

DeadheadX - Keeps On Keeping On

Chopped the big Gorilla Cookie plant. Day 95. Pretty meaty buds - definitely my biggest single auto harvest. I’ll try to remember to record dry weight here when the time comes. Tossed the two photos…but I’ve planted two newly arrived varieties and have the second gorilla cookie coming along...

    Trichomes

They look mostly frosty, a few clear ones, very little amber. I’d like to see the whole plant and pics of buds, but based on what you’ve shown, early in the window.

    Blaze & Daze

Well needed weekend. Happy Friday. Was hoping this girl would be ready for a weekend chop, but not quite there. Put two more seeds in soil this morning too. Starting the pre-weekend in style.

    Salt burn? Light burn?

Yeah, likely mute burn. Pray leaves are usually good, but I also wouldn’t rule out light burn.

Are auto strains easier to grow

    @driver77 , what a beast!

Need some help with identifying plant issue/leaves...

They look fine to me. I wouldn’t worry about those early leaves. They’ve prettt well served their purpose. Probably got wet or something. Overall, they look young and healthy. The bushy ones also look ready for bigger pots.

Are auto strains easier to grow

Good advice to plant several and assume one or two could go south. They can be fickle, certainly. That is impressive ripeness for 60 days. Big plant? 75 days is about the earliest I’ve harvested. 90 and change is probably the average, and some I surely could have let go longer. Here’s one...

Are auto strains easier to grow

Not even sure what “not med worthy” means, but sort of strikes me as nonsense. Luckily, I just smoke weed to get high, and I’ve grown batches of autos that do that really, really well.

    Fungus gnat experiment #569

I think bti might have a short shelf life. I’m also battling them, and my most recent order just doesn’t seem to be doing anything. I’ve theorized lately that maybe the stuff is just old and spent.

    Rotating platform for tents/small grows?

Guy at a local shop showed me his rig, which is exactly what you describe. Homemade circular panel that rotates on wheels. He had the trellis netting set up to rotate with everything else. Pretty clever. Def diy.

    How much longer

In context, it seemed/seems like you were replying to my comment about pistils being white.

    How much longer

Dude, don’t confuse pistils with trichomes. You should not harvest when pistils are milky. You can see pistils with your naked eye. Determine amber trichomes requires a magnifying device. If you want couch lock, grow and stony variety. The stuff about early/late harvest effects are overstated...

DeadheadX - Keeps On Keeping On

I’m a dumbass for planting two photos in a small tent from which I’m really working an auto schedule. Just realized it, lol. Fortunately, the big girl is getting closer while I work out what to do next. Thinking of just tossing the photo and getting two new autos going. Already did ditch one...

    How much longer

Looks like lots of white pistils still, though it’s hard to tell without closer pictures. They should all or almost all turn brown, shrivel up and start to recede
