Yea 30% at 12 inches seems about the same as 40% at a foot and a half. My seedlings seem to like where its at. I ditched the dome once the seedlings sprouted and the leaves with the serrated edges started growing. So far i got 2 that seem to be doing ok. I got another 2 in the dome right now...
