My ionizer finally showed up a few days after I switched to 12/12 and it's making a huge difference in the odor. Currently have 12 females 2 weeks into flower in a small bathroom. We'll see how it works as flowering progresses, but so far so good.

Not speaking from experience here but reading a bunch about LEDs (I'm using them myself on my first grow), your light doesn't look like it has much blue in it, if the color in the pics is reasonably accurate. I wonder if this could be contributing to your stretching problem?

I'm still on my first grow and haven't tried this but I'd guess it's a way to add space for more root growth while avoiding the stress of regular repotting.
