May have changed since I last looked at em a while ago. I used to use the nutrifield a + b by itself for a few years. No issues with it.

Hey mate i remember looking at the brand a while ago, from the little I remember it didn't seem as concentrated as other brands so you end up using more. May be wrong about that overall tho

Hey mate you liking those floraflex caps? I've got similar sized pots running on drip with same setup with the tee piece just minus the caps. you find they spread the water out nicely? Otherwise was thinking about using a wetting agent to help water spread laterally.

Yeh this thing has an amazing terp profile, and that is the reason I am keeping it. It has a nice uplifting high, but I am more partial to indicas, it also is not the best yeilder compared to others. But the smell off this thing is citrus(lime) fresh as if you cut into a fruit. After harvest the...

Spider Farmer led grow light--less watts, more light

I have a 200mm exhaust fan and a 150mm intake I have no idea why you are bringing this up. I am not sure if you read my post? My issue is with the aluminium heatsink on the back of the led boards. Again i have no issue with the performance of this light. Ill post up 2 plants i recently...

Spider Farmer led grow light--less watts, more light

My issue is with the heatsink itself getting crazy hot not the tent, or the room in my case. To the point that it would instantly burn my hand touching it, having a small fan blowing over it I can leave my hand on it all day. So to me it seems it isn't dissipating enough heat, which I think...

Spider Farmer led grow light--less watts, more light

I understand that, just seems like it needs a finned heatsink like other companies are offering when run that hard

It goes a bit further with Australian soils imo, in that they are just millions of years older than a lot of stuff you'll for instance find in north america. Erroded topsoils with little to no organic matter, Australia is the old man continent of the world lol

Good quality red dirt is around, jsut a pretty rare occurance, most of Australia's soils are old and withered compared to other parts of the world and lack structure. http://vro.agriculture.vic.gov.au/dpi/vro/portregn.nsf/pages/port_soil_landforms_red_hill

    How to loosen compacted soil?

All good my bad, I often see soil used interchangeably with potting mix and the ground in the cannabis world, here in Aus they generally refer to two seperate things, one being soil mineral based other being organic based.

    How to loosen compacted soil?

If you are referring to growing in the ground, broadforking if you have a big enough fork can often allow air and water to penetrate soil better without disturbing the various layers of soil too much.

I have a v1 sf4000 without the dimmer, I have germinated seeds directly under the light but I did have it at least 60cm away prob more like 70cm. If I had one easily dimmable I would start it at 25% 45ish cm away then turn the light up as the plant grows, like mentioned previously

Spider Farmer led grow light--less watts, more light

I have the spiderfarmer 4000 v1 model without the inbuilt dimmer, am quite happy with the product have completed two flowering cycles coming up to a third with it. Not having the dimmer and having to dim the two drivers for each side of the board kinda sucks, but isn't the worst in the world...

Attitude / Seedsman orders to Australia

Interesting, def seems seedsman is a no go at the moment. Wonder why it seems to be affecting them more so that other companies, I always opted for discreet packaging without breeders packs as well personally. Regardless who I have ordered with this year seems to be around 1 month mark to...
