    Sudden Issue

Hi all. This is my first run using pool shock for a sterile res. Had everything going well, introduced my plant to my RDWC system, had it running well for about 1-2 wks. Added pool shock of .9 grams for 30 gallons, and within 3 days of adding the shock my plant took a dive. Before and after pics...

    Newbie Here

I've done nothing but dwc, rdwc, and fallponics. I am constantly on this forum trying to learn more, every single day. And if you mess something up you will know right away, and have to react quick. Lots of experience and help on this forum too. However once you do a few runs and dial in your...

Wk 8 grow in RDWC needs help!!

Lots of membera here use blulab meters. I have one I bought off Amazon for like $60, dont recall brand. Also with a LED i would get your temps up into the low 80's when the light is on. Well water can also be hit or miss, i had well and eventually got a ro water filter for my system. I am...

    Dehumidifier for inside 4x4 tent

How big is your current humidifier in lung room? I had put mine in the tent before, and I was always chasing too low, too high, too hot. Something was always off. It worked, just wasn't optimal, always chasing.

Which Mid Line LED Light Would You Buy?

I have a 400 watt board that can be daisy chained with others, but looking back I would go with bar style that can daisy chain for more even coverage. The board works great for my needs, but could be optimized better.

Wk 8 grow in RDWC needs help!!

Is the meter you are using accurate and calibrated? That EC in bloom seems real low. I would try be at least 1.2 in Bloom. I don't use your nute regimen so can't say to use bloom only or a mix between the two. Gut says more bloom nutes. Actual wattage from wall is the light? Humidity and...

    Space heater recommendation

Agree with the manual switches for all connections that utilize secondary controllers like the ink bird.

    Space heater recommendation

With a 250 watt HPS and 200 watt LED, I would run both if you can fit in there. You get the Temps with the LED and the added lumens of both lights. Pushing 450 watts is pretty decent spread for a set-up. My LED is 400 in a 5x5 but I do not utilize the whole space for plants, so it suits me.

    Space heater recommendation

Ambient lung room temp I'd say about 60-63. I am in a 5 x 5 tent so it's small space to heat. Cost? 750 watts multiplied by current kilowatt hour would put me close $97 if ran 24/7. Thankfully it does not, maybe 50% of the time it is running while lights are on, and less lights off. I say it...

    Space heater recommendation

I have same issue as you OP. I use an oil filled radiator I got on Amazon for anout $89 plugged into a temp controller. It's a 750 and 1000 watt unit. Use the 750 setting. Remember, the heater is not running constantly. It cycles on and off as needed. Used to use a space heater, but those...

    This can’t be right!

So only Jack's B for nutes? You need part A and the Epsom Salts the entire grow. You can modify each part to suit what the plants need, but don't think you should be excluding any part entirely. Just my .02

    DWC 5G Bucket vs Tote

I run a rdwc/waterfall with res outside tent. It has a spigot I can turn on and off for easy drainage. Only lifting I do is 5 gal buckets of water to carry to drain area.

    DWC 5G Bucket vs Tote

Well to answer your question, bigger than 5g pales will most likely get you into totes. I have used 5 gal buckets when I first started and it grew great, just a PITA to swap if doing more than a few. You can grow big with 5 gal buckets though. How big you thinking?

    DWC 5G Bucket vs Tote

How do you change? Are you doing RDWC or more of a bubbleponics type system? Swapping out large containers can get heavy at 8.34 lbs/gal

    Sup yall, new here.

So glad I am subbed to this grow. Looking like you got everything dialed in and spot on. Keep giving us updates as it progresses. Edit: Am I counting right, 96 plants? Or 48? Either way, Damn!!! Edit: or I can't count. 72? Lol, I'm gonna have another beer and wait to see.

    Apparently Suddenly Clueless

As others have said, with LED you need the Temps in low 80's. Mine run 82-84.
