try putting a little pressure on them and if they collapse under the pressure then they arent good for germing. dont take me 100% for this though.

if i were you id just LST or SCROG but if you really want to throw in more lights, im sure some CFLs at the bottom wouldnt hurt. a 600w HPS should be more than enough though :)

i think ppm is too high for this stage too, but not 100%

try to get your temp and Ph a little lower, like 72-78 degrees and 5.6-5.8 would be great

this is my favorite grow by far! im probably just as excited for the buds as you are ;)

^^^ and definitely more light, you can keep it on 24/0 at this point if you want

lol 13/14 and 11/12 but seriously.. more light = more growth, the plant just needs enough darkness to put it into flowering. 12/12 is like a fail safe if you don't know what the exact time is for your plant.

after all the love and care the guy who grew this put in, it's hard to believe he just handed you this massive beautiful plant and didn't tell you a single thing about how to take care of it, let alone at the very least what kind of light cycle you should have :/ just my opinion..
