Happy friday the 13th! LOL My clones droop alittle at first to. They end up coming out all right. My bottom leaves end up turning yellow as well. It is just the plant using what it has to make roots.

leaves curling down is a sign of over watering. Let the soil dry out before watering, and when you do water stop when you see run off come out the bottom of the pot. They look good so far though. Keep it up.

I was using 24/0 light cycle then switched to 18/6. I have not seen any difference in the plants. I am interested in if it has an effect on yield. I am in the middle of my experament so I will let you guys know what I come up with.

to get buds you need to switch the cycle to 12/12. That is why there is no buds on your plant yet

3 phase power is for like big equipment. He will not be able to run these in his house without some electrical work. IMO I would look for something else.

It will slow the growth a little but it will not harm them.

It all depends on how long you are going to veg them for. If you veg them for about 4 weeks they will start to show signs of sex. If you are not vegging that long the most common way is to put them on a 12/12 light cyle for a week. If you have any males they will show up.

I don't think you will be able to use these lights unless you have 3 phase power. Most normal homes do not have that kind of power.

I am using one of these that I built. I did have a question though, what is the purpose to cutting the stem. I did not do that to my plants and I have not seen any roots yet. I have 8 plants in there over a week and have seen no roots yet. Temp is 75 and humidity is 80%.

I live in the desert as well and temp is not a problem in the winter time but the summer can be a killer if you dont stay on top of it.

I have heard alot of people use BMO as well. It just depends on your budget.
