90cri, 188Lm/w, 2700k..... Are these new Bridgelux strips?

Are These strips a recent release or am I missing something? 188lm/w at that temp and cri, that's pretty solid isn't it?

    Quick Driver Question

Thanks for that, appreciate it. So, for the 38v gen 3, why wouldn't I buy HLG-480h-36A and push it to max Instead of buying the 42v version? What voltage driver would you all use to run the 112cm bridgelux gen 3's? Thanks again

    Quick Driver Question

Cheers dude, how much less are we talking about? I mean, if I could get three drivers for the price of two otherwise, would it be a good investment?

    Quick Driver Question

Theyre Bridgelux gen3 38v btw One thing I can't get my head round is, if pushing the voltage of the driver to it's max gives me extra watts, how is the power limited by having a higher voltage driver than rated for the Strips? Is it a safety feature? And if so, can I simply adjust the voltage...

Would a hlg-480h-48b model work for my needs? Or is the extra voltage an issue?

    Quick Driver Question

Yea I've used Mouser and Digikey before but I've also heard decent reviews of this place from people who've checked out serial numbers with manufacturers etc, just want to know whether the 3 x 185s would be a pain in the ass or an advantage over the single 480? Thanks again

    Quick Driver Question

Hey, another quick question. Just ordered two HLG-480h-42AB from Ledlightingsave but they're out of stock and are offering me 6 x HLG-185h-42AB instead. Any reasons why that would be an issue to use the 6 instead of the two? Cheers Apart from the extra wiring of course.

    Quick Driver Question

Hey folks, is it advisable to use a HLG-480H-48B to power Bxeb Gen 3 strips? Does the driver adjust for the lower voltage (38ish) of the strips, or is there a way to mitigate by using more strips etc? Thanks in advance

Anyone use CMH in veg and LED in flower?

Only do it if your LEDs aren't working for you. I don't see any reason to use any other bulb while my LEDs are around because it reduces my efficiency massively. I can veg an area of 2m2 fully with around 500w of LED. I could never do that with HID or CMH

Bridelux Thrive - Finally an LED Spectrum worth a Sh⇧T!!

Yes they do. In an indoor environment you can have an intense amount of light and a lack of heat at the rootzone. Those conditions aren't natural. Give your plants high amounts of light and leave the pots cold and it won't matter what spectrum of light you've got above them. The main point...

Bridelux Thrive - Finally an LED Spectrum worth a Sh⇧T!!

No doubt. The question I'm asking though is still relevant. If the growth is any better with a fuller spectrum? Reason I'm posing the question is because there are a lot of teething troubles with LED which some people associate with spectrum. The issues are more heat and humidity related in my...

Bridelux Thrive - Finally an LED Spectrum worth a Sh⇧T!!

Sorry, I mean 2700/3000k. The flower end of the spectrum. Not actual red diodes

Bridelux Thrive - Finally an LED Spectrum worth a Sh⇧T!!

Is that growth better, in your opinion, than you've seen under other LED spectrum? My criteria for vigour in the growth phase is short internodal distance, thick stems, and rapid growth, big fan leaves etc. I don't see anything in these pictures which is any better than what I'm seeing under my...

Pack you don’t have to “hunt” through

Just finished a freebie of serious happiness actually. Just drying now. It's a very unique looking little thing, like a little stout christmas tree which seems to self-level. I'll let you know what she smokes like
