I veg mine for about 4 weeks, although to be honest here the length of time does not matter, because it's all subjective based on the light you have to flower with, how many plants you have and the space you have to grow.

Yes, 2900 is so far over that's probably a huge chunk of it. Also buds don't start to fatten up to around the last 2-3 weeks from what I've heard, I'm about 2 weeks from my first harvest and they have been getting thicker over the last week.

hard to say, it's also hard to get a good look with lights on, if you can get some pictures right after lights out might help to see what could be wrong with the leaves.

Only thing I can think of would be a potential light leak? if it's only hitting that one plant it would prevent flower.

That is way too close to the lights the plants are stunted, look at the leaves they're drooping down trying to get away from the light, get it like a foot and a half to two feet at least away from the top of the plants.

It is, I had the cobs dimmed before and didn't have the GH in there until 2 weeks ago. I intend on turning it up a little more in about week but that'll be it.

It's under 5 CLU0048 COBs of varying color temps I put together myself(Only about 125 watts ATM, driver is 150 and I need to get a sixth one before I can build the frame so it's ghetto hanging for now) and a GalaxyHydro 300w(140 actual watts and it's dimmed to 40%).

Right , its just miracle grow with them release formula can mess it up later in the grow, especially with too much nitrogen too late into flower, i hope yours doesn't have this issue later, they look good though!
