    Help... cold water stress???

Maybe the combination of cold water and defoliation would shock it but it should have bounced back pretty quick. You mentioned a nutrient change also? Anything you haven't used before? If all else is in check is has to be something in that water......the water change back should have fixed it...

    Help... cold water stress???

That's way too hot.....dissolved oxygen suffers at those temps and pathogens flourish. Anything over 80f is asking for trouble.

    Does these look ready?

It could use a couple weeks to fatten up....not much there if harvested now. However I do understand your concerns....mother nature doesn't always cooperate. If it were mine I'd risk it for a few more weeks to get some yield from all my work.

    Air intake and extraction

Leave the door unzipped at the bottom if no vents. I run my tents this way even with vents...but my lung room is fairly dark so not much light bleeding in at lights off. With autos it wouldn't matter and I haven't had a problem with photos either.

    Pots

With coco you need to fertigate daily(at least)...that's food and water. Since coco is inert you have to supply everything. It's almost impossible to overwater...that's the big difference in how they're treated. Coco will out preform soil with all other things equal....in growth rate and yield.
