Nute burn and Potassium Deficiency or just nute burn?

The medium is about 90% coco and 10% perlite. With dry amends it is tricky for the reasons you said which is why I have been adding bottled nutes slowly, trying to avoid additional nute burn I always test ph after adding anything to my RO, after a few hours of the mix percolating in my...

Nute burn and Potassium Deficiency or just nute burn?

Yes I did use cal/mag during veg and yes I can add bottled to dry amends. No yellowing btw veins. I stopped adding cal/mag once I got to flowering since I thought thats what you are supposed to do. But maybe I should keep adding in through flower. I've heard you can't really overfeed with cal or...

Nute burn and Potassium Deficiency or just nute burn?

Unfortunately I cannot switch to bottled nutes because I need to be away from home sometimes 2 weeks at a time and it's much easier to have friends just water the plants than mix nutes and feed them. So from the research Ive done, its not go to go below 6.2 with organic dry amends because it...

Nute burn and Potassium Deficiency or just nute burn?

So this may sound odd but you have to keep in mind this is for slow release dry organic amendments, so my ph is between 6.2-6.8 but mostly 6.5-6.8. And with dry amendments you are not supposed to have run off because the amendments do not product salt build up, so I do not measure the ppm of run off

Nute burn and Potassium Deficiency or just nute burn?

Hey go go kid, I do not have seaweed but I have tons of other bottled nutes for pretty much any deficiency so I would rather not buy another bottle if not needed. What kind of deficiencies are you thinking I have though?

Nute burn and Potassium Deficiency or just nute burn?

The problem seems to be getting slightly worse. Maybe I need to going even stronger on the bottled nutes? Also the "rust" spots it looks like a calcium deficiency? What do you guys think?

Nute burn and Potassium Deficiency or just nute burn?

Thanks but I do not think its a ph problem since I have been staying in range and I check everyday before watering with 3 different ph readers. I am coming to the end of 3 weeks since I last amended the soil and I need to amend the soil every 3-4 weeks, so I am thinking its time to top dress the...

Nute burn and Potassium Deficiency or just nute burn?

I don't have experience with adding bottle nutes to slow release nutes that are already in the soil so I was thinking about playing it safe. But you are saying even with the slow release I can add that much into my mix?

Nute burn and Potassium Deficiency or just nute burn?

I am thinking about putting together a mixture that will total to 6-5-8 and put in at 1ml per gal. This mix will have a good amount of micro nutes in it cal, mag, silica etc as well.

I also have some of the General Hydroponics Trio on hand, would you recommend me feeding her that a few times for a quick fix? And when you say give her a full balanced dose, are you referring to a feeding with equal parts NPK and also some cal/mag?

Nute burn and Potassium Deficiency or just nute burn?

I know I have nute burn on the plant but I'm wondering if it's only a nute burn problem or also a deficiency problem as well? Is this also a potassium deficiency? I am seeing nute burns on the tips but also I am seeing yellowing on the edges of the leaves located at the top of the plant, on the...

    New growth is clawing downward

Sorry I was at work thanks for your reply. Below is more info and more pics I know I have nute burn on all 3 of my plants, but there isn't much I can do since the nutes are dry amended into the soil (Dr. Earth, slow release nutes). The nute burn has been manageable so far and the girls have...

    New growth is clawing downward

Hey everyone, one of my plant's top growths are clawing downward, also the texture looks/feels a little leathery. I thought it might be overwatering so waited till the pot was dry before watering again and that still didn't solve the problem. Is this some kind of deficiency? I also don't think...

Any idea what the deficiency is here?

I agree it looks like a K deficiency, but I thought K deficiencies start at the bottom of the plant and not on the tops since K is mobile?

Any idea what the deficiency is here?

This deficiency is on only 2 branches. The issues is at the top of the plant. The plants aren't too close to the lights, the temps/rh are good, the ph is in a good range. From research I have done, it looks like it might be an iron deficiency, what do you guys think? The leave is pale...

Is strictly exhausted Dehumidifier air good for plants?

Sorry I somehow didn't see this till now. Thank you Richard! I am very determined to find a solution and make things work. I have been brainstorming and trying many different setups. My goal is to get my, lights on, temp 80 or below and rh around 50%. I'll let you know what I come up with!
