As you can see the E, G and H refer to the CRI or how accurate they are at reproducing the normal daylight spectrum. The higher the better but you will lose efficiency the further you go. The 90s or "G" is what I would go with for this project.

So what I see is that the plant under the blue light was always much shorter, seemed very healthy and lots of under canopy development seems to have smaller buds but more compact underneath, the plant under the red seemed very healthy as well and was always able to stretch out a stem if needed...

Nutes where stopped at day 42... 1.5-2 liters of water per plant per day is what they are getting.

All the pants sprouted from the same bag of beans, they got moved around quite a bit until about the 3rd week of flower, when the males where removed. Most of the larger buds are from Baby in the back middle, the light she is getting is optimal.

So an update, on the 7th I woke up to turn the lights off and found that the tape holding the main stem down had come lose and the bud was pretty much up touching the LEDs, the cola took a great deal of damage from the light and burned\bleached about 1\3 of the bud. I guess it was pushing really...

The Vero 29 is only really max 1.5x normal current with not much head room after that, the absolute max before total destruction is just over 5 amps. I would go with the 3 x Vero 18 and run them with an analog DC power supply like I have, it is going to be hard for me to recommend you run these...
