Yes you can MostlyCrazy Guided me through this yesterday. Separate what roots you can and then just cut in out. Pull your plant up cube and all, and plant that mofo! Later you have to go back and do some flushes and get those dead roots out you missed in the tank. My plant(one I removed) drooped...
