my plants are just a little over the lengh of a lighter and i can see the roots coming through the bottom of the pot allready the pot is about 10 inches deep is this normal?? and do i need to repot allready??

my grow space is my closet in my apartment lol its like a 10x6x9 (using the lenghxwidthxheight) i have 4 20w cool tubes and 4 42w cfl's and a big 75w cfl on top of the plant (growing 1 as of now she is 3 and a half months and also have 2 babies growing that look twice as good compared to my lady...
