Thanks, I am using 5 gallon pails in Peat and I added approx 25% more perlite. Typically water every 5 days but pails are totally dry before I water. They look way better in person vs the pics. Yield was stated as XXL...Looking like it's true. Lighting is CXB3590. This strain is a keeper for...

    What do you DG's chanrge?

So you're running 16,000 watts of HID ? If so probably not a viable option using COB's although you would probably only need 10,000 watts of COB's. I would expect you to pay way under 2.00 a watt for that qty. DIY would probably be way cheaper as you can get discounts on volume. I think the cxb...

    What do you DG's chanrge?

I would suggest Timber Grow lights, plug and play, if you're buying Qty you can ask Dan for a discount, he also shipped it for free to Ontario ( I bought a 1000 watts) . I paid around 2.40 a watt cdn funds delivered.

Any one try this strain Jean Guy ?

Developed in Quebec, mid 20’s THC. Mainly a sativa, pretty low yield I think. Tried it once, it was a nice uplifting high. I have had better.

1800 watts is correct, covers 6ft x 8ft table in a 10ft x 13ft room. I had some aluminum sheet laser cut with the holes cut for the Cob's and screws, 90" long panels. I must say clean looking build. 1000 watts from Timber to go with 800 watts of DIY. Going to sell the DIY bars and replace it...

Plants sure do love the CXB 3590 spectrum, are you running 3500k ? I am running 36 CXB3590 @ 50 watts each with a mix of 3500 and 3000k. I am at day 36 from the flip and can’t believe how the frost is building. I have seen two different lab results from two different posters running HPS vs COB’s...

How long are people waiting to hear back from Health Canada ?

Mine was mailed yesterday, exactly 13 weeks from receipt. It's pretty obvious from other posters responses H.C are processing from date received and only process those from that exact date and no more……good thing it is in the mail as I am only 30 days from harvest !

Test room: DE HPS vs. Citizen COBs

"but do have a lux meter that I will use to set the fixture heights @ around week 2" What lux # do you feel is optimal for flower? I am at day 34 and i set my lights at approx 70,000 lux at the tops, using 2 different phones apps might not be balls on but should be close.

How long are people waiting to hear back from Health Canada ?

December 5th for me also, must be close. If the Dr script is for one year and HC makes it expire 1 year from when it was signed then you should be valid to grow the day it was signed.
