It's a 23 watt CFL. I covered the inside of the lampshade with emergency blanket and the inside of a cardboard box also. There's a clip fan running inside too. The lamp is connected to a timer on 18/6. My tent should be here Monday and I wanted a head start.

U look like you had great plants, with those nutrients what kind of light did you use?

This is the first time I'm hearing of molasses being useless. Lots of testimonials from countless growers that say otherwise. My main reason for buying it was the claims of Molasses during flower = Fat BUDS.
