You can still supercrop em.I have a 6 ft ceiling in my grow room and though I LST,I still supercrop at times.I've done it in flowering with no problems for years.Take your time if you decide to try it.you should have no problem supercropping in the first 2-3 weeks of flowering.

I'd take a spray bottle with water and spray at stem base to make sure they dont dry out.Not too much water,but I would water every day(small amounts) until transplanted to a bigger pot.

Hydroton rocks are ph balanced at 7.0.You need to soak them overnight in water ph'd to 4.0.this should help keep your ph stabilized.
