That is WAY too cold. During the day my temps max out at 27-28 degrees and at night it sits at around 20 (but doesnt go under 20). I needed to put a heater on a timer in there to keep it warm at night. Cold temperatures are a sure fire way to make sure your plants grow painfully slowly.

They are supposed to become nitrogen deficient during late flowering. Unless its so bad that all of your new leaves poking out of the buds are yellow, then you should have just left it.
