If your starting from CFL you are looking for 6500K (Color temperature) Daylight bulbs. If you can find 42Watt thats great, but likely you will find packs of the 23-26watt ones. they will work just fine too. just may need more of them. Ive done many CFL grows in my infancy right to finish with...
