Window mounted AC unit in non enclosed grow room, where do I put the AC unit?

Too many words, made my head hurt! Anyway I got as far as the ac and where to have it "blowing", that's when your novel of a post exhausted me. Anyway you don't want the cold air blowing on your lamps, it will dim them. Aim your vent towards a fan or above your canopy, keep it away from your...

CO2 enrichment - question about air exchange in night time

Your room isn't that sealed then, plants release co2 at night so your co2 should be higher at lights on then it was at lights off. My co2 turns off 30min before lights out if it didn't my 1200ppm would be 1500+ when the lights come back on. Im pretty sure Co2 doesn't dissipate.

Just finished sealing up the garage. (Pics)

I'm doing the full recipe now, currently in 2nd week veg, just getting over a grow delay because my first time growing in coco didn't take off as planned but I'm sure it'll bounce back in no time. Running 2 rooms, each room is under 6x1000w gavitas. Took them out from my 315w lec veg room and...

gavitas + portable dual hose a/c

Depends on ceiling height, room size, how many fans and temp of the room without anything running. Gavita states that the 1000w de needs 3500-4000 BTUs /light.

    Advice for Sealed Grow Room

.Sounds like your using the wrong portable for a sealed room, you need the port ac that has dual tubes. Single tube exhausts room air, dual tube has 1 tube as an intake and the second exhausts, works like a split.

DE HPS light fixtures.. Yield lab, Nanolux, or gavita???

I like the nanolux fixture but I went with gavita because the bulb it comes with is great so you don't need to replace it and I prefer the hardwired interface for the el2 controller instead of wireless. I find that resale is fast and they don't lose as much value when compared to other fixtures...

Best Skunk available in seed form

I bought some medman clones a little while ago, the cuts stunk. Pretty powerful for cuts that's fo sho. Unfortunately the mail man dropped the parcel off at the foot of my door and with a hot sun hitting the box for 5 hours they cooked so bad they wouldn't recover. Fought with them for almost 3...

Cooling for 8 lights (2 mini splits?)

That is insane that ur able to maintain that low of a temp, sorry about all the questions but I just think there's some kind of catch. 2 more questions, what's the dimension of the room and what is the ambient temp outside of the room.

Cooling for 8 lights (2 mini splits?)

kind of pointless running co2 then? you must be getting great results just at that temp and rh, can't be from the co2....

Cooling for 8 lights (2 mini splits?)

Where? Buried 20' Down? so u have your temp sensor in the middle of the room at canopy height in a sealed room running de gavita 1000w lamps with no ac and all ur running is fans and your temp is 71 degrees Fahrenheit?

Cooling for 8 lights (2 mini splits?)

Where do u have your sensor placed or are you venting? I'm running several gavita 1000's with a 10' ceiling and I need a/c to keep my canopy at 82(running co2, want it at that temp)

anybody using the advance/phillips 315w lec ballasts? check ur wattage selection switch!

i was wiring up some 315w lec vert cords and when i went to test them i thought they weren't as bright as my sun system 315's. I took a closer look at the ballast and found a selector switch underneath a plug at the end of the ballast where its stamped 210w on one end and 315w at the other...
