    Oregon Outdoor 2022

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I recall you finish your girls under cover well into Oct. I'm looking for something that will truly finish with a few amber trichomes by mid- to late Sept. Lately, I've been trying to identify "super" autos that have a 90+ day germ to finish timeline. Amnesia...

    Oregon Outdoor 2022

I have a couple of Dutch Treat clones that I'll probably have to cover in order to finish, and also decided to pop the Seawarp regs that were gifted to me a couple years ago. They're alleged to have originated from Reeferman and to finish by the end of Sept, so we'll see -- assuming I get a...

You don't need more P in flower. It's bad for your plants and the environment

Greenleaf does recommend a bloom booster with their Part-1. Given the above info, is it more appropriate, then, to formulate a bloom booster with Potassium Nitrate and Potassium Sulfate, or is that even necessary?

    Seedsman gems?

As replacement for seeds that were recalled, Seedsman has offered my choice from any of their own genetics. Anyone have a recommendation for an outstanding Seedsman strain?

Help I’m new and need advice

If you have a reasonable quality of tap water, yes, but you need to adjust your PPM to account for whatever your tap water contains; i.e. If your tap water comes with 70 PPM, you should adjust your PPM up by that amount

    NUTE BURN?? Help?

OK, one of us isn't understanding the other. One more time: "Antiseptic res and beneficial microbes are mutually exclusive." Using them concurrently simply kills the inoculates.

    NUTE BURN?? Help?

Not if you're using Hydroguard, Great White, or any other living inoculate. Antiseptic res and beneficial microbes are mutually exclusive.

    NUTE BURN?? Help?

If you run an antiseptic res using pool shock (my preferred) or H2O2, you don't have to be concerned with temperature. Beats the hell out of buying a chiller or constantly handling bottles of ice.

    Help with cloning(homemade aero)

Whatever you do, DO NOT allow H2O2 to mix with the pool shock. Chlorine gas is goodbye in any language. Empty your res and rinse before adding the pool shock.

    Garden of green

Selection of their homegrown strains is good, and prices, right now at 2:1, are exceptional. It'd be nice to hear from someone who can speak their genetics.

Correct. I assume the perceived problem, right or wrong, with extracts like kief is that making it in an unregulated environment can be more prone to contamination.

Not if you make it yourself: 0.25 oz or less not purchased from retailer Misdemeanor 6 months $ 2,500 More than 0.25 oz not purchased from retailer Felony 5 years $ 125,000 The good news is Kate recently signed a bill to allow rec users to have up to 2 oz in possession, up from 1 oz.

The other point that surprised me are the penalties for extracting your own kief. You can buy it, but making it will net you a felony and 5 years. Anyone want some kief extraction bags.

    Oregon Outdoor, 2021

Any other Oregon folk know the laws re: possession of fresh flower? I'm aware that one can carry 1 oz dried, but I wanted to invite a buddy over to help me with a harvest and send him home with a few choice, fresh colas, but no idea of the possession limits. Anyone?

    Jordan of the islands

I'm hoping the community can provide some experiential input on JotI Dutch Treat. I picked up a 12-pack last summer and popped 5; 1 fizzled, 1 showed female pre-flower around week 5 of veg, and the remaining 3 *appear* to be male, though not definitive. My questions that were sent to JotI...

Whatever the output of your light(s), you should shoot for 40-50W / sq ft for optimal growth during flower.
