To keep the temps in my small 2'x4' footprint under control I have to run so much exhaust that i can't keep the RH above 30% even with a humidifer in there, anyone know why? I have 600W HPS in there and AC infinity 6" exhausting at like half speed.

HID lighting is still great, and generally speaking much more affordable. Amuses me how much hatred HID gets now I remember only a few years ago everyone refused to use LED because it was a newer technology and now ppl treat HID as if it's some ancient and poor technology/

I dont know much about outdoor growing other then that you should make sure to harden off your plants (keep them inside during the start of seedlings and then during the days when its warm put them outside so that they 'harden off' or become prepared for the climate they will experience outside).
