I think the smoke report will be more telling, but the main difference I see is height of the colas. The MegaCrop fed plant stretched more but is filling in. Whereas the other plant has more uniform height and density.

You're missing heat dissipated by the ballasts and the cooling requirements for the room volume as well.

24k BTUs would just cover cooling needs if ceiling height is 8 feet. I’d go with 36k personally.
