they are hungry was probably hungry before flush and now they are starving, dont listen to everyone who tells you to flush whenever a problem arises! most of the time people do more damage by starving the plant from pointless flushing without even knowing what the issue is.

cold roots usually cause purple stems aswell so keep an eye out for that, also can cause nute lockout (not many people know this)

i make my dwc buckets myself, i buy 20L buckets with lid, buy a netpot place the netpot ontop of lid dead centre then draw a line around it then cut the line so you know the netpot fits nice and tight in there, drill a hole in the side of the bucket AT THE TOP ABOVE WATER LEVEL for the airline...

same here my roots always smother my air stones but they are getting the oxygen so dont see a problem there, i usuall put 2 air stones in as a minimum anyway

im saying scrap the little pots and go to 20L pots, you dont need components, its as simple as cutting 1 hole in the lid and a hole in the side of the bucket buy a netpot to sit in the hole and some clay pebbles. air pump air line and stones and you are good to go, they sell the buckets for £5...

only thing i use in my dwc is silver bullet as a preventative measure

i use charles austin et pumps, quality, quiet and last forever

every 5-7 days, you can leave longer if wanted but i always see the plant have a explosive growth reaction 1 day after fresh res change so i prefer to stick to 5 to 7 days

where are the clones coming from? that would be my 1st question, 2nd would be your res either too high temps or lack of oxygen??
