The T5's at Home Depot and Lowes are not High Output (HO) and therefor, lower watts and lumens than the HO's that you get online or at the hydro stores. The fixtures have to be rated for the HO also to be used so watch that also. Lowes has their T5 fixture and bulbs on sale at nearly half price...
