Pineapple express looking good. Got 2 150w Equivalent 2700k bulbs and 4 100w equivalent 2700k, and have 2 100 watt equivalent 6700k to help keep her short, all of these lights in the box now. About 2 weeks into flower more white hairs popping up and getting larger.

Going to pick up 2 true 125 watt 2700k cfl bulbs I have 5 26watt 6700k and 3 23 watt 2700k now going to replace 3 of those 6700 with 2700.

How close is your light to your plants, 400w led is alot of power. I'm sure you already PH your water and soil. LED'S can cause issues if they are lower than 12 inches especially with seedlings. I would recommend 18 inches away then move closer as they adjust.

Let her grooooow, your plant will double sometimes triple in size during the flower period. So you tell us when you want to flower her haha. Of course the longer you veg the higher your yeild. Also as for your lighting, maybe buy some cfls they are great supplemental lighting if you can't afford...

I can't like post till I get more postd on this account lol. The lady bugs are Good friends to have I've heard lol. Yeah I have heard autos are low yeild Aswell. Just max out on nutes light and a big pot. Should maximize your yeild :)

I've read that 2 weeks to 3 is a good time for autos to show sex. Why are you not expecting a decent yeild? And if you don't have a magnifier seeing your sex parts will be very difficult, I could only see my first hairs under 8x zoom on my 16mp phone camera.
