I strongly recommend you forget flushing agents, and just use proper pH'd tap water instead for 14 days during your flush for the harvest. But that's just me.. Tomas

I havew no experience with LEDs in growing, but I guess as close as possible as long as you get the spread wide enough for your needs plus keep the temperature 26-29^Celcius at the tops (or a little above them).
